In accordance with the provisions of the Moroccan Penal Code, cohabitation in the same accommodation is strictly reserved for legally married couples who hold a valid marriage certificate.
Given that access to the Riad is independent, it is the tenants responsibility to comply with the legislation in force. In the event of an inspection by the competent authorities, the owner declinesresponsibility for any infringements resulting from non-compliance with this obligation.
This provision does not apply to foreign tourist couples, who are not subject to this legal requirement.
5. Tobacco and prohibited substances
The Riad is non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces.
The introduction of illegal substances, dangerous products, or prohibited items is strictly prohibited.
6. Animals
Animals are not allowed in this accommodation.
7. Photography and filming
Any photographic or video filming activity in the Riad, whether for profit or not, is strictly prohibited without the prior explicit written authorization of the owner.
8. Failure to comply with the rules
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund, with the possibility of intervention by the police if the accommodation is not vacated on time.
